Day 1 - Visit Monkey Temple and Basantapur Palace :

First we visit Monkey Temple otherwise locally known as Swoyambhu Nath Stupa. It is a Buddhist shrine but revered equally by Hindus. Observe the Hindu and Buddhist fusion in the temple. Then we drive to Basantapur Durbar Square in Kathmandu city. It is a historical monuments built in medieval time. In this square we visit Hamuman Dhoka Durbar, the one and only living goddess Kumari at Her Sacred Home, Kumari Ghar (Kumari Chhen) etc. Kasthamandap temple is the oldest in the area believed to have been built of a single in 12th c. The name of the city Kathmandu itself is derived from this temple. So, it is easy to figure out its importance in Nepalese culture and History.

Day 2 - Visit Antique Bhaktapur city :

Bhaktapur city tour takes you to the brick-paved narrow alleys and open squares of these ancient cities discovering Hindu and Buddhist shrines. Be mesmerized by the ancient Newari history, architectures, culture and taste authentic Newari food. We take you to Bhaktaur Durbar square, Taumadhi square, Dattatraya square, pottery square and to the oldest Hindu temple Changu Narrayan in the outskirt of this city. Optionally, spend evening in Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur means the city of Devotees. So, early in the morning the Newari women visit nearby hindu shrine with offerings on a palte while after the Sun goes down, you can spot group of ethnic Newari People singing religious hymn with traditional Newari Instrument exactly like their ancestors started over 500 hundred years ago. Then visit one of the local family kitchen to learn cooking Newari Dishes. Take home the secret of magical aroma of the Newari food .

Day 3 - Drive to Nagarkot and overnight stay :

Today, our destination, one of the best hill point – Nagarkot. Nagarkot is a pleasant hill. We drive via Bhaktapur city. The black top road snaked up hill to this beautiful settlement, a tourist hub now. We stay in a cozy hotel from where you have chances to see Sun Rise and Sun Set. On the way you meet local villagers working in the field, carrying load of agricultural product in “Doko” (a special basket that they clip to their forehead with the help of a strong string) and children amused to tourist in their village.

Day 4 - Fly to Pokhara :

The setting of Pokhara city is so enthralling that you will fall in love at the very first sight. As you land in the Pokhara airport, you are welcomed by the towering giant Fishtail Mouatain. Behind it is enchanting Annapurna range standing above 8000 meter. Pokhara is the best station for the trekkers and expedition team. Here you can enjoy the best ever Nepalese Hospitality and taste food from all around the world. Pokhara is the only such amazing city where you stand on the level of around 1000 meters from sea level to over 8000 meters tall mountains!!! Beside there are many more activities that you can do in this natural city.

Day 5 - Activities in Pokhara :

Day 6 - Drive to Chitwan :

Drive to Sauraha to visit Chitwan National Park. We will perch at a Jungle Lodge for next two nights. After Check in, your jungle Safari guide will brief on the jungle activities. A total of 68 species of mammals , 56 species of herpeto fauna and 126 species of fish have been recorded in the park. The park is especially renowned for its protection of One Horned Rhinoceros, Royal Bengal Tiger and Gharial Crocodile. The park harbors not only the world’s largest terrestrial mammal (wild elephant) but also the world’s smallest terrestrial mammal (pygmy shrew). A total of 544 species of birds has been recorded so far including 22 globally threatened species including critically endangered Bengal Florican, Slender-billed Vulture, White-rumped Vulture and Red-headed Vulture.

Day 7 - Jungle activities in Chitwan National park :

Day 8 - Fly to Kathmandu :

After breakfast you will be transferred in to Bharatpur domestic airport for flight to Kathmandu ( 25 minutes).

Day 9 - Departure :

Drive to Kathmandu for Departure Have breakfast in warm Sun. Today is the last day of your tour. We drop you to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or to Hotel in Kathmandu. We look forward to hearing from you.
