Today is your arrival day. we welcome you upon your arrival at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu. Prior to the activities, arrange a meeting with your guide for briefing about the necessary formalities on your tour and trek program. Depending upon your arrival time you may spend free time visiting nearby historic/Countryside areas.

Meet your culture guide for Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu World Heritage sights. Explore UNESCO enlisted Hindu and Buddhist temples, observe age old Newari architectures, friendly people; their culture and lifestyle. Our Trek Leader/Guide meets you in the afternoon for the trek briefing and for the final trek preparation. In the evening sample a delicious traditional Nepali Welcome dinner in authentic Nepali Restaurant with the cultural dances that represents different customs and music instruments of Nepal. Private vehicle is there for you to pick up and drop in Hotel with our staff. Overnight in Kathmandu.

We pick you up in the morning with our Local Leader/guide to the Domestic airport for the incomparable first scenic flight. We fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2827m). The flight itself is exciting. We fly parallel to the Himalayan giants bordering Nepal and Tibetan side of Nepal. Flight time is about 40 minutes and we land at an airstrip built by Sir Edmund Hillary and the Sherpas in the mid-1960s. After landing we meet our porters who will carry our equipments during our trek. We also have time to explore the village before hitting the trail. The trek starts with a descent towards the Dudh Kosi River, passing through the many lucky prayers stones and prayer flags where we join the main trail to Namche Bazaar and to the great areas of the Adventure destinations. (Dudh means 'milk' – the waters of the river are a strong milky white from glacial melt.) The walk is easy and after passing through the small village of Chheplung (2650),Ghat (2550m), we soon reach our lodge at Phakding. Our guides and porters will be happy to accompany you for the side walks and visiting local people around or rest reading books and exchanging new card games. (3 hrs)

We start the day from Phakding and cross the river to walk along the track through spectacular spring blue pine and rhododendron forest. We cross the Dudh Kosi river at the end of Phakdingma staying on the east and west bank of the river, enjoy great views of the snow-capped peaks of Kusum Kanguru (6369m) and Thamserku (6623m). From here it is only a short walk to Monjo (2835m), where we arrive in time for lunch. Then the walking gets a little tougher and includes a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar. It is a short walk to the entrance of the national park, where our permits are checked before we descend quite steeply to cross the Dudh Kosi to Jorsale (2805m). The trek continues upstream on generally flat terrain, crossing back to the right bank, to the confluence of the Bhote Kosi and Dudh Kosi rivers. After crossing a large and stable suspension bridge high above the river we climb steeply to the village of Namche Bazaar. A slow and steady pace is recommended on this section of the climb and we are encouraged to make the most of the fantastic photographs of the Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Taweche as they come into view for the first time. You may notice you are travelling a little slower here. The trail has been in use as a 'foot highway' of local peole for trade. Before the effect of altitude is apparent we stay at one of the lodge at Namche, the heart of the village for acclimatisation. (6:30 hrs)

We spend a day in Namche Bazaar resting and allowing our bodies to become acclimatized to the altitude of 3,450m. In the morning, there is the option of walking up to the Everest View Hotel 3,900m, returning to Namche for lunch.

The trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame takes about 4 hours. From Namche the route turns west and the trail is almost level as you head up the Bhote Koshi Valley, once a popular trading route into Tibet. Along the way you pass many prayer flags, Mani walls and carved stones, all indicative of the Tibetan Buddhist culture of this area. After descending to the Bhote Koshi the trail climbs steeply to Thame. From here there are good views of the peaks of Teng Kangpoche and Kwangde and to the north is the Nangpa La, the pass leading to Tibet. Thame Gompa is situated above the village overlooking the valley and is the site for the spring celebrations of the Mani Rimdu festival. (5 hrs)

From Thame, the trek to Lungdeng takes around 6 hours walk. The route follows the Bhote Koshi valley and en route, one can observe varieties of plants and animals, Sherpa culture and unique settlement of Sherpa people.(6 hrs)

We are now in the quiet Thame Valley and from here on we may well see Tibetan traders with their herds of yaks bringing goods from Tibet and heading to or from the Nangpa La. From Arye the trail is easy for a while and gradually climbs up to a large flat area where the valley splits and is a good place for lunch. After lunch the trail continues to climb gradually at first and then it crosses a landslide area. We then drop to Sumna where we camp tonight at 4,815m just below the Sumna glacier.(6 hrs)

Today we walk the path that is rarely walked by a normal tourist visiting the Everest region. This is a short walking day up the valley to Lunag 5070m and Kangchung 5250m which is situated at the base of Nangpai Gotaya. We camp at Kangchung for 2 nights.(6 hrs)

This is a long and difficult walk as we walk to the Tibetan border. Leaving very early we descend onto the rocky glacial moraine of the Nangpa glacier. Ahead of us we can see the pass in the far distance but to get there we must cross from one side of this magnificent glacier to the other. Walking on the glacier is amazing and we must take care as the crevasses surround us. The trail changes from year to year but is marked by yak dung from the hundreds of Tibetan traders who bring their yaks across the pass regularly. We pass through Dzasampa (5,400m), a small campsite actually on the glacier, where the Tibetans camp with their yaks. The trail continues to zig zag up and down and back across to the right side of the glacier again for the final steeper climb up onto the ice and snow. We eventually come to the top of the glacier from where it is an easier 45mins walk to the very top. Finally we will spot the prayers flags which mark the top of the Nangpa La (5,710m) and the border between Nepal and Tibet. The views are worth all the effort of the climb. Ahead we can look down and across onto the barren Tibetan plateau and to our right is Cho Oyu. Other peaks and glaciers surround us and a marker post at the top is the border between Tibet and Nepal. We return to Kachung the same way.(9 hrs)

We follow the same route back to Arye. If lucky we can follow the caravan of the Tibetan traders together and get to know the difficulty they have to face to make a trade in Namche Bazaar. This route is also often used by the Tibetan refugees who flee Tibet to go to Dharamsala, India. Day 12 - Arye to Renjo La Base Camp.(4960 m) Renjo La Base Camp is often called as Yak Kharka Camp. This place is situated below the Renjo La Pass in an altitude around 4900m. Today's trek is short and easy one as we need the energy to cross the Renjo La Pass the next day.(5 hrs)

The big day starts really early as we have to walk about 4 hours to reach the pass and we have to pace slow because of the high altitude. After a brief stopover at the Renjo La Pass to enjoy the stunning beauty of the Everest Range and take photographs, we start on the difficult downhill journey for about 3 hours to reach the village of Gokyo walk along the stunning and beautiful Dudh Kunda (milk lake).(8 hrs)

Gokyo is a trade centre where the Sherpa people run lodges to provide the best services to the trekkers. Gokyo is situated by the side of Ngozumba glacier, the biggest glacier of Nepal. This day you can make a side trip to Fifth Lake via Forth Lake.(4 hrs)

Trek / climb from Gokyo to Thare via Gokyo village and it takes about 4 and half hours. Gokyo Ri looms above the village on the northern edge of the lake and you leave camp just after first light, following a steep path up the hillside. As you climb, the summits of Everest, Lhotse and Makalu slowly come into sight and the view from the summit of Gokyo Ri itself, is one of the finest to be had in the Everest region - some say it is even better than that from Kala Patthar. After lunch it is a short walk to the village of Thare.(7 hrs)

Trek from Thare to Tengboche (3850m.) and it takes about 6 hours. The trail descends and climbs at a slow speed. Upon your arrival at Tyangboche village you come across the famous legendary monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region. There is a trekker's visiting centre where local Sherpas make an exhibition of different goods to be sold to interested trekkers. They also show a slide presentation about Sherpa people, culture, Buddhist religion and environmental development programs.

We continue our trek back through Namche Bazaar. We should have enough time in Namche to shop and relax in the bakery with a coffee and a cake, or even to check the Internet. A steep descent for 600m down Namche Hill leads to the suspension bridge crossing the Dudh Koshi River and the small village of Monjo (2,835m). Monjo is quiter than Namche and from where our porters have a less strenuous walk back to Lukla the next day. 6-7 hours trek.

The trail now flattens out and we cross the river twice more before a rising traverse up the hill-side, past numerous tea-houses to Lukla. 3-4 hours trek.

We rise early in the morning to be ready for the arrival of our aircraft for the flight back to Kathmandu. We are met at the airport and transferred to our hotel, located in Kathmandu(have choice of Hotel). You do not miss to clean yourself, laundry and rest to feel low altitude. In the Evening have a party night .Our guide can recommend you the best and memorable restaurant to experience party time and place.
